Abbotsford, British Columbia. - Personnel from North Star and Aero Union completed the integration of the North Star Programmable Flow Controller on the Aero Union Dash 8 - Q400 Aircraft Water/Retardant Tank, today. The Interagency Airtanker Board (IAB) has certified the controller as a Constant Flow Delivery System and has approved the tank for flight tests in late May 2005.
